Shipping + Returns FAQ
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all US residential and commercial addresses.
A residential or business address is required for delivery.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Average time from order to delivery is 5-7 days. We will provide a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
How long does it take you to ship?
Orders ship from our warehouse in Peabody, MA via USPS or UPS Ground Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
Please note: due to the nature of wax, we try to avoid shipping at times when there's a good chance that the candles will end up spending extra time in a hot delivery truck. For example during summer holiday weekends, we will hold all orders the day before the weekend and ship after the weekend to hopefully prevent a melted candle.
How much does shipping cost?
We currently offer free shipping on all orders.
How long can I return items?
Our return policy is good for 30 days. If your purchase is over 30 days ago, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
No questions asked returns
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, please contact us for a return label.
We will inspect it upon arrival and issue a refund to your original payment method within 48 hours. Please note, some credit card issuers take longer to process returns so it might be up to a week to see the money back on your account.
Product arrived damaged?
If your product arrived damaged, please send a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss replacement or a discount.
