Is there a problem with your order or maybe the candles just aren't quite what you imagined? We want to make it right. 

First of all, please email us at for a return label. If the candle is still in the original packaging, it's a quick and easy no questions asked.

If there's a problem with the candle or the shipment, let us know so we can troubleshoot together. and figure out if it's best to replace the candle, exchange it or refund you.
